Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM PST (1-hour lunch)
Compensation: $120,000 - $145,000 Base Salary

Join a Growing Litigation Support Team

Our client, a highly respected full-service defense law firm, is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Analyst to join its litigation support function in a newly created role. This is an excellent opportunity for a technology-driven legal professional who enjoys working at the intersection of litigation, data, and legal technology.

The successful candidate will support attorneys and legal teams across a variety of complex litigation matters, providing critical eDiscovery and case management support throughout the lifecycle of each engagement. This position is fully remote but requires availability during Pacific Time Zone business hours.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all phases of the eDiscovery process, from data collection through production
  • Process, analyze, and organize electronically stored information (ESI)
  • Create and maintain document review databases and workflows
  • Conduct quality control and quality assurance reviews of processed data and productions
  • Assist litigation teams with document searches, analytics, and fact development
  • Coordinate with attorneys, vendors, and case teams on discovery-related projects
  • Prepare productions in accordance with litigation and regulatory requirements
  • Troubleshoot data issues and identify process improvements
  • Support trial teams with exhibit, transcript, and case management tools
  • Maintain data integrity, chain of custody, and defensible discovery practices

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology
  • Advanced proficiency with Relativity (required)
  • Strong understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
  • Experience managing large datasets and complex document review projects
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 to $145,000, depending on experience, technical expertise, and overall qualifications.
